It is Charlize...it is the same nose and ears as compared to normal pics of her. Plus this pic is so photoshopped I am not even sure that is her real hair or skin. They did a horrible job of smoothing her skin. Looks blotchy.

This is an old post but i just thought i needed to tell you this... The foreign language is not Dutch!! Its Afrikaans (a spin off from Dutch). Its a Language spoken in South Africa , the exact same place where Charlize Theron is from! You people are so clueless (and when i say you people, yes i mean americans!)
