• I'm a designer who has a lot of Photoshop experience, and I can definately tell you it looks like the "cloning tool" was used, then the "blur tool" applied over it. In one of the images, I can even see the originating source of the cloning.
  
  I can also tell you, whoever did this, did a piss-poor job of it.
  
  Outside of that, this babe definately still looks scary enough without the need of any kind of Photoshop "enhancements".

• I have checked the original AFP / Getty pictures sent via the AFP wire, and they are identical to the ones above. It is not photoshopped in any way that would alter the reality of the picture. To do that would be a huge no-no for AFP.

  Were you required at MIT to take classes that specialized solely in photography, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as Corel Paint, and other digital imagery classes? Did you take classes that specialized in visual awareness,and principles of visual art in imagery? Because last I heard from the MIT alumni I'm aquainted with, those sort of classes aren't being offered there.
  
  In any event, I'm not sure your credentials are as you say they are, and I think you're just disgusted with people who "cry Photoshop" at this site. Get over it. I didn't go to MIT, nor do I work for NASA. I'm a portrait artist (as well as a digital artist) who has spent my whole life needing to be accutely observant of the human body. The top of the tear in her pants has a shadow in one of the photos, that is identical(cloned, or copy and pasted)in shape/size/coloration to the shadow under her chin area. There is a blur in the photo, that would not occur naturally in an image, that is the result of a tool available in any number of software programs involving photo manipulations/digital imagery.
  
  You can continue to throw out your fascinating credentials, and dispute. But at the end of the day, this photo has been manipulated, by a novice no less.Get over it, and get over yourself.
