god, music sucks right now! i think it has finally hit rock bottom. Green day, maria carey, ashley simpson, gwen stefani, jessica simpson and kelly clarkson are the top names in music, SERIOUSLY! TIS WULD HAVE BEEN A JOKE 2 YEARS AGO. I thought the britney and christina era of "music" was bad but at least their songs had good music beats and christina could really sing and britney was a good dancer and had interesting music videos
the real shame is that there are truly talented people out there who cant get a break because the music industry is busy kissing joe simpsons ass,and waiting to see if any of the tabloid darlings might warble something that they can force-feed the public again.
some music sucks right now, but umm if you think mariah carey and kelly clarkson can't sing their asses off, then you must be deaf. Maybe you don't like their music b/c it's not your taste, but come on, at least the two of them CAN SING. others....really can't!
