In fact, that's the only part of her body which is actually in focus in that picture. Hence the reason it grabbed those fine details. They had a stories about it on a couple news shows the night I posted these and they featured video of her dress slipping down as she walked the red carpet and needed to mosaic the nipple/areola/whatever because it was too hot for t.v.
they add the "nipple" and "shape" that's in the dress to make her boobs look bigger, then they have her real boobs pretty much sit in/on that area. that's why so many stars with normally small boobs have so much plump fleshy boob coming out of the top of the dress, because its all pushed and manipulated to do that
