And, in all fairness, the day right after Simon said something about it on air, which was probably the first Kelly heard anything about it, she said she would allow American Idol the chance to use her music. I don't think it's fair to blame Kelly entirely for something that was most likely a recording company decision. I say good on Kelly for fixing it once she found out the American Idol people were upset about the apparent ungratefulness.
