This girl is committing slow suicide. The fact that her parents are so not emotionally involved in her life that they are clueless to this is sad enough. This child (yes she is still a child) needs serious help. Alcohol is a form of self-medication. Firing her from the show is not the aswer. A better and socially responsible solution would be keeping her on condition of successful treatment and incorporating her disease into the story line as a message to other young alcoholics. Hopefully the producers of the show will act responsibibly with the information . If not I would be sadden but not surprised when she is either found dead from alcohol poisoning or she has been driving and kills herself or others. Hopefully , those "others" won't be any of you or anyone you care for.

The first time I saw Willa Holland on The O.C. she blew me away. She was probably the most beautiful 14 year old girl I have ever seen. However, you can't really judge someone only by their looks. I assumed this girl was one that would be a child role model for younger actresses who want to get into this field. Many Hollywood celebrities always trick us of making us think they are so squeeky clean when in fact, deep secrets lie underneath. After I found this page, my opinions of Willa have changed, however it's really hard to believe everything you read. Although, with all the info you dug up, the most stupidest replies from the people at FOX after Katina e-mailed them regarding their concerns, it's hard to believe this information is false. She is merely a star just yet and it's hard to believe that someone would imitate her even though most celebrities online are fake.
On my opinion about 14 year olds drinking and partying all night, I just personally think that people around the young teenage age, are too immature to know the image they are giving out to others. I, myself am a young teenager at the age of 15, I know many youths that are troubled. I can honestly say, something is wrong with this generation of teenagers and youths. People are too insecure about their identity and try to make themselves look cool to the crowd, or change themselves just for the heck of fitting in. There is always a side of you that you show towards your peers which makes you seem cool, and always an intimate side to someone. I believe that Willa does have a special side to her and that she is being influenced by today's troubled teen society and acting like this.
My biggest pet peeve of all is to see such youth, as beautiful as Willa, taking her own life with the use of alcohol and overnight partying. People are free to do whatever they want, but some are just too immature to understand what they are doing is not a great influence to our society. But there is always a time to change your habits around. One of the articles mentions that she is a straight A student in some school that she attends, and it just shows me that there is a much more bright, and beautiful side to her which she isn't showing, it's definately what I would love to see out of today's youths, especially girls as beautiful as Willa Holland.

It's not really about the age, even if she is 15 instead of 14, it won't make such a big difference. The real idea of this is that it's not good for herself and others portraying this image. I really do care for people like Willa, which is why I don't really enjoy her getting drunk and all. She's only hurting herself if she is getting very drunk as mentioned in the investigation. I am a 21 year old male from England, and I think that most of the comments made on this site are very unfair for Willa. After all, she is young and she is enjoying herself. From my own experience, I started drinking and smoking at the age of 14, and I do not regret this fact. I have even smoked cannabis occasionally. However, this has never led to me causing any trouble for myself or others, or taking any harder drugs. I think that everyone has a time in their life when they need to feel they can enjoy life, without worrying what others think. If that means drinking and smoking, as I did, then so be it. As long as no harm comes of it, then I think they should be allowed to do it. I believe that condeming Willa for her drinking and smoking will only make her feel judged, and that those judging are probably not as innocent they may think.

I would like to think that you all are under the legal age because you then have the excuse of lack of maturity.

This girl is committing slow suicide. The fact that her parents are so not emotionally involved in her life that they are clueless to this is sad enough. After I found this page, my opinions of Willa have changed, however it's really hard to believe everything you read. Although, with all the info you dug up, the most stupidest replies from the people at FOX after Katina e-mailed them regarding their concerns, it's hard to believe this information is false. She is merely a star just yet and it's hard to believe that someone would imitate her even though most celebrities online are fake.
On my opinion about 14 year olds drinking and partying all night, I just personally think that people around the young teenage age, are too immature to know the image they are giving out to others. I, myself am a young teenager at the age of 15, I know many youths that are troubled. I can honestly say, something is wrong with this generation of teenagers and youths. People are too insecure about their identity and try to make themselves look cool to the crowd, or change themselves just for the heck of fitting in. There is always a side of you that you show towards your peers which makes you seem cool, and always an intimate side to someone. I believe that Willa does have a special side to her and that she is being influenced by today's troubled teen society and acting like this.
My biggest pet peeve of all is to see such youth, as beautiful as Willa, taking her own life with the use of alcohol and overnight partying. People are free to do whatever they want, but some are just too immature to understand what they are doing is not a great influence to our society. But there is always a time to change your habits around. One of the articles mentions that she is a straight A student in some school that she attends, and it just shows me that there is a much more bright, and beautiful side to her which she isn't showing, it's definately what I would love to see out of today's youths, especially girls as beautiful as Willa Holland.

phil n., i agree with you completely...when i first heard of her it was during an interview and she seemed pretty eloquent and respectable and I thought she would be the role model, GOOD girl for once. Unfortunately I guess you don't find that among youth anymore. They all tend to have a "cool" (but actually butt retarded) side they show off to their friends...seriously, at 14, that is outrageous. It's not really about the age, even if she is 15 instead of 14, it won't make such a big difference. The real idea of this is that it's not good for herself and others portraying this image. I really do care for people like Willa, which is why I don't really enjoy her getting drunk and all. She's only hurting herself if she is getting very drunk as mentioned in the investigation. Yeah yeah it's a party thing, but you can always party without getting drunk, or getting high or anything like that.
Teens don't really care about the meaning of racial slurs, unfortunately they use it quite often, although however, i'm sure they don't really mean what they mean when they say racial slurs. It's just a common use of teenage language, which is very unfortunate.

Yes, I know everybody drinks, but there is a difference between using and abusing. Plus, all this "fun" is not really good for people's health. Yes you can party, yes you can drink, but when it gets too far there will be problems. I honestly don't care if you or anyone else likes to have fun with alcohol, I drink too but there's a difference between drinking and getting "very drunk."

However, I would just like to remind people that you can't believe everything you read. A lot of the stuff she types is used a lot by teenagers. It's hard to take sides on an issue like this because many people use this kind of "teenage language" to express their thoughts but it unfortunately has many swears and racial slurs. I personally think that Willa is acting like lots of girls her age. I'm 15 and although I've never done this stuff, lots of my friends have and it's not uncommon. But it isn't safe and it isn't healthy. I react the same exact way when my friends make their stupid plans to go get completely wasted and lose all their inhibitions. I am a 21 year old male from England, and I think that most of the comments made on this site are very unfair for Willa. After all, she is young and she is enjoying herself. From my own experience, I started drinking and smoking at the age of 14, and I do not regret this fact. I have even smoked cannabis occasionally. However, this has never led to me causing any trouble for myself or others, or taking any harder drugs. I think that everyone has a time in their life when they need to feel they can enjoy life, without worrying what others think. If that means drinking and smoking, as I did, then so be it. As long as no harm comes of it, then I think they should be allowed to do it. I believe that condeming Willa for her drinking and smoking will only make her feel judged, and that those judging are probably not as innocent they may think.

Okay...let's see. If credentials are so important in our comments, well, I'm 25, married with a baby son, pretty successful in my career (if I do say so myself).
At 14, I said naughty words. The context I saw the racial slur in was seemingly in a friendly, non-serious way. Get over it. Be worried about your local Senator and the fact that whilst he doesn't say nigger, he thinks it in every action.
At 14, I did drink. But I didn't make numerous myspace comments about it, in such a bragging tone. So, she's an emo loser.

I don't know why are you reading this girl, Willa myspace if you're hate her?! It's non of your business what' going on with her. If she wants drink alcohol, then drink. I'm 15 too, I drink somethimes too, and Idon't have any problem with the alcohol, just somethimes i want to have fun. it's not a big deal. She wants it, too. im 15 and i think its disgusting to see a girl who is meant to be a 'role model' act in that imature way. so what i drink aswell (its in the aussie blood)who cares, the real issue here is that people just take things way out of proportion its unbelievable. grow up, live your own life and try not to live through others. i do admit that seeing those photos of her puts a few things into perspective in my own life however you have to live it according to how you want your life to pan out.

i think some of u are over reacting a little bit when she was 14 she was like that and immature like most 14 year olds wel shes 15 now and she might be the same but hopefully and i think she will eventually grow out of it, but yes it is very immature behavior when i was 14 i was really immature and even 15 i never drank, but i was rude sometimes and did use some of that language (only calling white people n's as a joke though) but im 17 now and im alot different
