Brittany Murphy has announced she has turned her back on her acting career to become a pop star. After performing guest vocals on "Faster Pussycat", a track off British DJ Paul Oakenfold's new album, friends are now saying that Brittany wants to record her own full-length record. According to sources she has hired her ex-fiance, music agent Jeff Kwatinetz, to mastermind her career.

I'm not going to lie, I've always thought Brittany Murphy was hot in a crazy slut kind of way. Well, maybe after Clueless.She looks like she would put her cigarette out on you if you didn't make her come three times. Point being, she could play this for me and I would pretend I was listening to Dark Side of the Moon. Well, of course it's gonna suck, and it will probably sound like everything else that passes for "music" on TRL. But it can't sound any worse than the heavily produced-not really them singing crap by Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff, can it? Besides, who am I to stand in the way of a young girl's dream? That whole thing with Pink was justified, though. Sorry, Pink. I like your hair and all, but not enough to blow you.
