I have a feeling we're going to find out this guy isn't Todd Wallace at all, but some dude Todd Wallace killed to fake his own death. He's apparently used several aliases and whatnot throughout his life, and has more charges against him than just those brought by Reese. The body is in such bad shape, they have to do more testing to verify it is even him.
Of course, I've probably just been watching too much TV. But it will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
