"Realness" is certainly a relative term when regarding Hollywood-types, but only an asshat would deny she comes across as infinitely more human (i.e. flawed) than the majority of plastic, coatrack, veneered, Lohan-wannabes.
As for any criticism regarding her flaunting of said tits, humans aren't as sophisticated as you may give them credit. Undoubtedly many casting directors have thrown her roles unsuited for her "style" of acting as a result of catching a glimpse of her sweater cows. Most men, myself included, have a preternatural affinity for tits--be they ginormous knockers or wee-tiny bites. Sure, you can be an assman or a legman, but tits are generally the first thing you notice as they're glued to the front of a woman and generally protrude beyond an average nose. Unless a car is coming at you in reverse, you see the headlights first. Would you prefer she glue them under her armpits in shame? Embrace the ta-ta's. They are your friend.
