Can any of you imagine jumping around for an hour plus in weather like that and still expected to sound amazing? Don't think you could. She didn't sound absolutely horrible, so cut her some slack.
To 12:32 - Aretha Franklin demands any air conditioning is turned off when she performs (so does Mariah Carey) because the warmer the climate or room, the better for your voice. Sometimes the temperatures reach well over 90 degrees on Aretha's stage. The heat should have IMPROVED Fergie's singing.

I have seen them in concert though because my little sister didn't have anyone else to go with, and I will admit that I was impressed by how much energy they put into their shows. That doesn't mean I'm a fan by any means. I also know for a fact that Mariah Carey and Aretha don't jump around and aren't as active as BEP is when they perform. Running around and jumping leaves you out of breath - especially when you do it for an hour. Again, not making excuses for her because it wasn't the best performance in the world, but I think people are being too harsh.

I have seen her in person singing recently, she is very good, and she isn't that bad looking. I don't get why people bash her. So many are way uglier and have NO talent. Fergie's face annoys me. I've seen an old picture of her and looks like a completely different person. She's had a lot of work done on it but still needs a gunk of makeup to look 'presentable'. How'd a girl like that get Josh...
