I spent a fair few minutes trying to place Jaime's hair from her 'fashion' range... then it hit me! Robert Plant. Her hair is an exact replica of Plant's hair circa 1971.
B-52s, first rock concert I ever went to. Agora Ballroom, Tampa 1980. When I got there, I was in the front part of the dancefloor near the stage but everyone was up front at the bar. Stupidly, I began to walk towards the crowd when the lights went down and the band came onstage. I wound up watching the whole show from the back of the room, wahhh!! Needless to say, I never did that again -- and what a band to miss close-up, especially the late, great Ricky Wilson. I later saw many lesser (and duller live) groups from the front row.
Actually, I’ve heard that Vin Diesel is half African-American, which would clearly show if he grew his hair out. Just like Blink and The Tipping Point writer Malcolm Gladwell. I don’t think that would be the best look for Vin.
