Here's a Little Piece of Casino Royale

Here is the leaked official teaser trailer for the latest James Bond flick, Casino Royale, starring Daniel Craig as 007 and Eva Green as the newest Bond Girl, Vesper Lynd. However, this trailer is French, and since I only speak Sanskrit and a little English, I don't know what they're saying. A rough translation might be something like, "This trailer is really good, but the movie will probably suck, snails are yummy, but only when eaten with a prissy little fork, and chicks with hairy armpits are hot."

Well that's more or less what's said. The different pieces of dialogue don't sound matched together, especially the first 3 ones, so that's why it doesn't make much sense I suppose.

The trailer is so-so (thanks for the translation, BTW). However, I think Eva Green's white silk suit is super-cute.

Clive Owen is nice to look at, but a very boring, one-note actor. They should have stuck with Brosnan.

Daniel Craig is a horrible choice to play Bond. He looks just as old, if not older, than Brosnan yet
he has none of Brosnan's appeal. His face is nasty and craggy, he's short and thick with a womanly curve
to his hips. He looks like a blonde version of Tom Cruise. Yuk! I never bother seeing Bond films in the
theater anyway because they always SUCK, but I won't even bother to rent this one.

Dude, something must be wrong with me but I think Daniel Craig is totally boneable. Did anybody see him shirtless in Layer Cake? Damn. Although I think he's about 4 feet tall.

Daniel Craig is going to be a worse Bond than even George Lazenby. Blech. I'm so disappointed. I would have loved it if they'd kept Pierce Brosnan, but from what I understand he didn't want to do it anymore, either.

If I can't have Pierce Brosnan, I'd happily take Clive Owen over this tool any day. Yumm Clive Owen...

That is one fugly french girl.

This trailer is not great, it looks like it could go either way. If they make it a dark and gritty spy thriller, it may work. However, at the moment it looks closer to Moonraker than the brilliant Goldeneye.

P.S. Brosnan was the best Bond ever.

eva green was incredibly hot in the movie the dreamers, i think julian mcmachon from nip/tuck should have played bond. hopefully the movie is midly entertaining.

Eva Green is fugly? Have you seen the Dreamers? Maybe these are not her best pictures, and her make-up looks strange. European actresses may be not perfect but they look like normal human beings, and they are special. But if you prefer plastic-anorexic-bleached-Hollywood- dolls...then, yes, I agree with you, she's fugly.
