Oh, how I used to run home from school at lunch to watch the Spiderman cartoon while I ate.
Of course, I was SEVEN years old then.
Enough with the fuckin comic book movies already, Hollywood.
WANTED: An intelligently-written, original movie for adults that requires you to have more than 8 brain cells to follow along. No Superheroes. No recycled 70s television shows. No more re-makes just because we have computers and special effects nowadays. No science fiction shit. No over-the-top unbelieveable "I'm killing folks by the half dozen and yet I remain out of jail" action movies. Just a movie or two here and there that ARE based in REALITY and NOT a series of CGI scenes pieced together. Thanks!
I think there is room for both cheesy action movies/comic book movies and intelligently written, original movies. Unless you mean an intelligently written, original action movie, but that's an oxymoron so you can't mean that.
Still think she's a better Mary Jane than Kristin Dunst. Bleh. I wouldn't watch the second spiderman movie just because she was still in it. I hate her more than Gweneth Paltrow Bleh.
Gonna have to pass. My girlfriend says I can't accept anymore online wedding proposals. Apparently the 8 Nigerian immigrants staying with us have become an inconvenience.
1) I'm not a 12 year old. 2) Kirsten Dunst is a horse toothed jackass. 3) Tobey Maguire hasn't been able to act since The Cider House Rules 4) Kirsten Dunst is a horse toothed jackass. 5) Oh yeah, i'm not 12!
Spider-Man is an American icon, and Raimi has done an amazing job putthing these films together. Seeing as how the first two shattered box-office records and the second film was the best reviewed film of 2004, I'm guessing it's geared to more than just twelve-year-olds.
But Dunst is still the Paris Hilton of A-list actresses. That we can all agree on.
anon 9:31pm, what's your point? "Many adults read harry potter" . . . and "many adults have the reading skills of a 5th grader" and "many adults can't see that J.K. Rowling couldn't write herself out of a paper bag" . . . need I go on? I guess that's besides the point. The movie is going to suck and making money doesn't qualify the movie as being remotely good. People will pay to see anything, that's why hollywood keeps churning out this garbage.
Kirsten Dunst still is the most amazing actress living on this planet. She's young and has the best parts of her playing in future.
This will become wonderful.
And to some people in this blog - only reason why I watched SP-2 many times ist Kiki.
"... I'm standing in your doorway. I've always been standing in your doorway. ..."
I'm not 12, I'm not full of crack and I'm not American. I'm German and had the dream living always her - and working for this country as a politician. But now, my plans for future changed. Lawyers with media-knowledge also can live somewhere else.

"Not saying Bryce is a supermodel, but please keep in mind that this guy is her dad and this guy is her uncle. She's cute considering her gene pool."
... Were you being facetious?.. I'm still trying to figure that one out.
Oh, and joejoe: will you marry me?

What's not to get about Ron and Clint Howard being fugly? Unless you were trying to be funny and I didn't get it, then I'm an asshole.

i really liked the first two spiderman movies... but now that i know how fugly and stupid kirsten dunst is, i kind of wish she was never in them
By Anonymous, on 6:39 AM
OH MY FUCK! What the hell is Kirsten doing in photo 6? That's the fugliest I've seen her look. That's bad.

P.S. Kirsten Dunst needs a kick to the face.

Bryce Dallas Howard wasn't always pretty.

I'm trying to figure out if she just grew up, of if she had a ton of surgery.

Besides, this girl is a natural redhead. With a nice hairdo and nice makeup she could have been a way better Mary Jane.
And now she's blonde... it's almost a crime.

Anyone else notice the facial similarity b/t Bryce and Jon Stewart in pic 5? Creepy...
