I don't think she's a bad actress. I liked her in "The Good Girl" and "Bruce Almighty". But she is a hound and is so not deserving of all the press that she gets. Even with the break-up, the dialogue was funny but the script and the direction were only so-so. Derailed was just flat-out stupid, but I'm not going to hold it against her. The dumbest movie of all time is still Along Came a Spider and it starred some of my favorite actors of all time.

People, this is NOT a comedy. All I hear is "I was so bored" or "It went 20 minutes without a joke"...This is really a drama with a couple of funny lines. I thought the movie was not bad at all although I didn't like any of the supporting characters. Jen was tolerable but luckily Vince kept the movie afloat. I thought the movie was realistic in the way of portraying a breakup. I didn't like the ending though.
But yeah, it's going to drop to 3rd next week with Cars and The Omen opening.
I understand the intense hatered of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and all things Simpson and I love reading the nasty comments on people like that. But hating someone so boring and plain for no reason other than the Brangelina thing (and don't say that's not it because no one had such a hate on for her before) is just lame. Chances are that she's hotter than every chick you losers have ever dated.

JA is not the prettiest woman, she does have a fabulous body though. And I've not heard bad things about her behavior except that one gossip snippet from a so-called friend. You gotta take those stories with a grain of salt, God knows we've all done SOMETHING not-so-nice in our college-age years.
She's a decent romantic comedy actress. On par with Cameron Diaz, Sandra Bullock, Meg Ryan, Kate Bosworth, etc. Not particularly special, but passable and always pulls a solid (if not spectacular) performance. I have liked every movie and TV show I've seen her in, not necessarily because of HER, but she doesn't ruin movies with her acting skills. I think she needs to pick better roles, but she has a nice little career already. She just maybe shouldn't aim to be the next Meryl Streep or anything. Stick to romantic comedy and TV.
Maybe she didn't give birth to the planet's lord and savior Gettysburg Jolie-Pitt, but at least Jen's not a nasty disease-ridden nosejobbed cheek-implanted fake "beautiful" attention-seeking homewrecking whore. Nuff said.
