While shopping with a friend at Malibu's Planet Blue on Saturday, Nicole Richie was left furious and in tears when a photographer reportedly screamed, "Nicole, you look disgusting. Gain some fucking weight!" Claiming that she'd had enough of comments about her weight, she confronted the paparazzo while he sat in his car.

You don't scream at people that are overweight, so what makes people think that they have the right to scream at me that I am underweight? It's upsetting and mean. I am not anorexic. At that moment, I was just sick of everyone constantly bothering me about how I look. I walked up to the photographer and told him, 'What if I really had anorexia? What if I had a disease? How would you feel about saying such horrible things?' He probably just wanted to get a rise out of me, but I'm a human being and he hurt my feelings."

Nice one, there buddy - taunting a 70-pound orphan with vultures hovering over her head. You couldn't have looked more like an asshole if you'd picked a fight at a daycare. I'm not going to tell you how to do your job, but if you're gonna call her a corpse, at least do it in front of a computer where everyone can hear. See? Like me.
