K, the report I read said that he was found dead in a room at the hospital, which is weird enough to begin with. And as far as I can tell it was a room that he shouldn't have been in. So was it a robbery? Did he stumble across some kind of situation that got him killed?
Truly it is a sad thing. I do know one thing for sure though, when they immediately rule out drugs and alcohol that usually means there's sufficient and obvious evidence of a traumatic cause of death (ie: gunshot wound, stab wound, blunt force head injury, etc.).

He's feeding it a raw chicken in one hand, and holding his baby (roughly the same size of the chicken, though I'm sure a creature as intelligent as the crocodile would be able to make the distiction) in the other. But that's not spectacluar enough for the great Steve Irwin.. No, he's got to put the baby on the ground, a few feet directly in front of the croc. I'm from S. Florida, I've had plenty of experiences with gators. You might say I'm gator-savy. You know what? They are lightning FAST. No one knows this better than Steve. If the croc was enticed by what it perceived to be a second raw chicken, that croc could have snatched the baby out of his hands-no problem. I also saw footage of a 5 year-old Bindy swimming with crocodiles, as her mother & father cheered her on. What parent in their right mind would put their small child in the water with wild crocodiles? The guy was out of his mind. I don't give 2 shits about how much he loved animals, I care about how much he loved his kids. And if anyone other than the great Steve Irwin had been so reckless with the lives of their little ones, you'd be all over his ass.

The "how and why" surrounding 20-year-old Daniel Hogan's mysterious death is being kept under wraps in an autopsy report that should have been completed last night. The only son of American celebrity Anna Nicole Smith died on the maternity ward at Doctors Hospital while visiting his mother and newborn baby sister on Sunday. According to sources close to the case, preliminary investigations revealed that various medications along with drugs were found in his system.
"All we know right now is that he was on anti-depressants," the source said. "Some things indicate that he probably overdosed on those drugs."
While local and international media and officials are fishing for answers into Daniel's death, there is much speculation as to exactly why his mother was in The Bahamas in the first place.
At a news conference to mark the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on America, Prime Minister Perry Christie answered that question.
"One of the things I think you should know is that she was granted permanent
residency last week," Prime Minister Christie said. "So she is in fact a permanent resident of The Bahamas."
Anonymous sources told The Guardian that Anna Nicole Smith recently bought a house in the high-end area on the Eastern Road. But media reports are also speculating that she might have had a caesarean section or complications during pregnancy because she was still in hospital three days after giving birth. It is still believed that Anna Nicole is still in the country, as Daniel's body was still under investigation by Doctor Govindo Raju, a pathologist at The Princess Margaret Hospital.
Daniel was reportedly vomiting uncontrollably shortly before he collapsed and died. The source added that his mother went into a violent rage helplessly trying to revive her son. The room where they were "was a total mess," the source added, claiming that vomit and blood were splattered everywhere. According to workers in the hospital, seeing Daniel die before her eyes dealt a serious blow to his mother, who fought with the doctors in the room to get closer to her son's lifeless body. The source also alleged the medical team was unable to find the proper oxygen supply needed to resuscitate him at the time. "That's nonsense," said the hospital chief. "That's total nonsense. I can't make any other comments at this time because number one, it's a police matter and number two, it's confidentiality of the patient that we will preserve."
The 38-year-old actress and model has not been spotted since the incident unfolded, but The Guardian news team was able to get a good view of her new born daughter as she was being carried out of the hospital on Sunday.
Her lawyer, Howard K Stern, used that opportunity to rush out of a side exit of Doctors Hospital, thereby avoiding the press.

First of all Daniel was malnurished most of his childhood, this has been proven, his mother was passed out most of his life, to me daniel has always looked sickly and very uncomfortable and unhappy. My guess is Daniel and his mom where having a little party and he O.D. they should have blood tested her right there and then.

I really do not care what anybody have to say about Anne Nicole, but she is not the issue here, it is her son, and we should be say a prayer for her as we all can see that he was everything to her despite her habits. May his soul rest in peace.

It sounds like they had a very close and loving relationship, which was very hard on both of them with her being so famous. K, the report I read said that he was found dead in a room at the hospital, which is weird enough to begin with. And as far as I can tell it was a room that he shouldn't have been in. So was it a robbery? Did he stumble across some kind of situation that got him killed?
Truly it is a sad thing. I do know one thing for sure though, when they immediately rule out drugs and alcohol that usually means there's sufficient and obvious evidence of a traumatic cause of death (ie: gunshot wound, stab wound, blunt force head injury, etc.).

This thread is probably dead already, but I've got to respond to anon 12:59. Steve Irwin paraded his newborn in front of a full-sized croc! He's feeding it a raw chicken in one hand, and holding his baby (roughly the same size of the chicken, though I'm sure a creature as intelligent as the crocodile would be able to make the distiction) in the other. But that's not spectacluar enough for the great Steve Irwin.. No, he's got to put the baby on the ground, a few feet directly in front of the croc. I'm from S. Florida, I've had plenty of experiences with gators. You might say I'm gator-savy. You know what? They are lightning FAST. No one knows this better than Steve. If the croc was enticed by what it perceived to be a second raw chicken, that croc could have snatched the baby out of his hands-no problem. I also saw footage of a 5 year-old Bindy swimming with crocodiles, as her mother & father cheered her on. What parent in their right mind would put their small child in the water with wild crocodiles? The guy was out of his mind. I don't give 2 shits about how much he loved animals, I care about how much he loved his kids. And if anyone other than the great Steve Irwin had been so reckless with the lives of their little ones, you'd be all over his ass.

The "how and why" surrounding 20-year-old Daniel Hogan's mysterious death is being kept under wraps in an autopsy report that should have been completed last night. The only son of American celebrity Anna Nicole Smith died on the maternity ward at Doctors Hospital while visiting his mother and newborn baby sister on Sunday. According to sources close to the case, preliminary investigations revealed that various medications along with drugs were found in his system.
"All we know right now is that he was on anti-depressants," the source said. "Some things indicate that he probably overdosed on those drugs."
While local and international media and officials are fishing for answers into Daniel's death, there is much speculation as to exactly why his mother was in The Bahamas in the first place.
At a news conference to mark the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on America, Prime Minister Perry Christie answered that question.
"One of the things I think you should know is that she was granted permanent
residency last week," Prime Minister Christie said. "So she is in fact a permanent resident of The Bahamas."
Anonymous sources told The Guardian that Anna Nicole Smith recently bought a house in the high-end area on the Eastern Road. But media reports are also speculating that she might have had a caesarean section or complications during pregnancy because she was still in hospital three days after giving birth. It is still believed that Anna Nicole is still in the country, as Daniel's body was still under investigation by Doctor Govindo Raju, a pathologist at The Princess Margaret Hospital.
Daniel was reportedly vomiting uncontrollably shortly before he collapsed and died. The source added that his mother went into a violent rage helplessly trying to revive her son. The 38-year-old actress and model has not been spotted since the incident unfolded, but The Guardian news team was able to get a good view of her new born daughter as she was being carried out of the hospital on Sunday.
Her lawyer, Howard K Stern, used that opportunity to rush out of a side exit of Doctors Hospital, thereby avoiding the press.

So many people are joking about the death of Anna Nicole Smith son it's not funny this is a serious situation. Anna Nicole probably was a good mother I don't know I didn't live with her. But she could've been completely with her son than what she was in the spot light.
One thing that everyone must know is that Anna Nicole Smith loved her son. She's a mother and a mother loves their children.
I'm sure that if there was anything that she could have done I'm sure that she would have done anything to save her baby's life
She probably was a great mother.

First of all Daniel was malnurished most of his childhood, this has been proven, his mother was passed out most of his life, to me daniel has always looked sickly and very uncomfortable and unhappy. Women such as Anna should never ever have children, they are much better at getting their stash for the day and bringing that bottle to their own mouths. My guess is Daniel and his mom where having a little party and he O.D. they should have blood tested her right there and then.

Number one, I am here for Binks, more than you know (go back my friend and look for my previous comment). In fact tonight she came home from a night out with her fiance and fell out in the bathroom where I was, I just held her, sometimes there just aren't words! She is just a young one herself, but that is my little girl and I am there for her. If you think that my taking time on this site is taking away from time with her getting thru her son (my grandsons death honey you couldn't be completly wrong. She is a young one and there hasn't been a night since her birth and even now that I don't read to her, talk to her EVERY night since her birth. There wasn't a night during her pregnancy and the 6 wks and 3 days he was with us she didn't read to Jess, and no my friend I haven't put this site first! It comes at the end of the day when I can't sleep. I just happened upon his site and saw people trashing Anna Nicole,when how many of them do you think have ever met her personally or know what she has been thru. All they know is what they have heard in the media! Since I am just your everyday grandmother and my daughter is your everyday kid, wouldn't you be offended if you heard ugly things about your mom or son or daughter? I am just me and if you had read my message correctly you would have seen that I said there is only ONE JUDGE! All I know is that I love my daughters and sons, and I love my little grandsons more than words can say, it's hard to lose one of them so yeah I feel sympathy and empathy for Anna Nicole, and when I saw people trashing her like they knew them personally,even though they had never met her, Now if that isn't hypocritical I don't know what is! I can't believe some of the awful things that are being said about the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son!! It sounds like they had a very close and loving relationship, which was very hard on both of them with her being so famous. All that aside.....a mother lost her son.....and I don't care what anyone's feelings are toward her or for what reasons.....she has suffered and will continue to suffer the greatest heartache there is.....the loss of a child. I KNOW....because I have been there!!! You uncaring people will be dealt with in another time and another place! God Bless the family.....and may Daniel rest in peace.
