I'm not a lawyer, so I might be wrong, but I think they should enter that photo of her wearing that ridiculous shirt as evidence. Evidence of her disregard for the accusations against her. It's like a priest wearing his NAMBLA t-shirt to the state fair.

You know what sucks? The judge had every authority to convict and sentence her on the court date, as you are obligated to appear in court. No shows are in contempt of court. No shows give up their rights to a fair trial. For some reason this idiot judge decided to give her a second chance (he has the righ to do that, too). He should have had her ass tossed in jail for failure to appear and called it a day.

I am a young African American, and i am amazed by what white people say on these comment blogs....Now when I pass a white person on the street and we politely smile and walk on I kinda wonder are whats in their head because people are obviously still racist in this day and age but they hid it so well. All i can say is this(I mean really lets keep it real) whould you say these things to a black person one on one? Dont you feel a little silly saying these things and then when you go to work smile and act like you like black people? If all these anonymous people felt this way why can you only wait until the dead of night to type it without your name ?lol so sad you all have traded your white sheets for comment blogs
