The long awaited first pictures of Suri Cruise have finally hit the internet. The photos, taken by legendary photographer, Annie Leibovitz, on July 27 at Cruise's Telluride, Colorado spread, are part of a 22-page feature in upcoming issue of Vanity Fair. In the interview, the couple explained how Tom's recent behavior has been twisted and Kate details how the constant media gossip and speculation has effected her.

Some of the crap that's out there - the stuff that's said about my parents and my siblings (implying that they didn't approve of her relationship with Cruise, 44) - it's really frustrating the amount of shit that's out there. And the stuff they say about Suri? You shouldn't say that about us, and you can't say that about my child..."The moment the doctor handed me Suri," Holmes says, "I was just ready. The feeling is indescribable. All I can say is the moment I looked in her eyes I felt like ... Mom."

Well, shit. I was kind of hoping we could see the first shots of Suri as she tries to clumsily swat her rattle with her tentacles or Tom Cruise smiling and rubbing Kate's leg as she feeds Suri a live scorpion, but the baby just had to look all cute didn't she? This kid is really making my job hard. I've never disliked a baby before, but I'm sure if we met, we'd have a little misunderstanding. That's right Suri, bring it on!
