Just because I believe a person has talent (considering I've seen her at three concerts - one being an opening act for Gwen Stefani where she performed her ass off and the critics even claimed that she put Gwen to shame) doesn't mean I have to sit here and degrade her because that's the easiest thing to do. Whether you chose to believe it or not, if you hate her? She's still going to receive the money in the bank. While you may claim that you won't remember her in 10 years, she's won Grammy's and holds the second largest jump in Billboard history and has spent a few weeks at #1. That's just off the top of my head. You don't like her? That's your business, I frankly don't give a shit and I'm sure neither does she. So just leave it as that.

Funny how you've called me a hypocrite (can you do anything else except insult a person to try to get your point across, by the way?) yet you're doing the same exact thing that you're claiming that I'm doing. How can you JUDGE a person when you've only heard one or two quotes? I pretty much guarantee you, you haven't seen one interview of Fergie - because if you did, you'd pretty much realize how smart and down to earth she is. What you don't see is how much she dedicates her time to charities. How she has visited different countries and has taken the time to go to homes in South Africa where they have absolutely nothing and just spend time with them. How BEP has given FREE concerts for people who have nothing (matter of fact, they recently performed for 50,000) and have at least one concert every year where they gather around the biggest singing celebrities out there to do a benefit concert with them. You don't see how she's trying to help build schools for low-end families in London. You don't see how she is with her fans and how grateful she is that she has them. Matter of fact, if you want to see how genuine she is, you should watch her on the Tyra Banks show when it airs again, if you can. Most celebrities meet their biggest fan and just says hello and spends a few minutes with them on these shows. Fergie instead took this fan into her hotel room and they hung out for a few minutes there, then allowed her to go into her car where they had a private interview set up, then kept her around backstage where she met the Peas and took her to her dressing room, allowed the fan to literally walk her to the stage before going on, giving her front row seats and a special shout out, and then met her again backstage once the show was over. Not only that when they brought the fan back on the show, Fergie surprised her with a diamond tiara. And even though that's just for television, she went the extra mile when Fergie didn't have to. Yes, of course, I realize that there are celebrities out there that dedicate their lives to doing charity work - like U2 and Brad and Angelina - but for someone who has been touring 4 years straight without any breaks in between and had to produce 2 albums on the road, that's not someone I would consider to be unintelligent or a waste.

I just can't understand how people can sit around and talk shit back and forth about someone they have never met before in their life. And in case some of you just can't read in that quote Fergie wasn't saying that she was a gift from God only that the ability to sing was a gift from God and that it is something she is proud of.
Lastly, for those of you talking about how ugly she is, take a good look in the mirror and decide if you really have room to talk or not. oh by the way, the woman who sued McDonald's wasn't just about spilt coffee. For those with knowledge on the case, the coffee was so hot that it fused her panty hose and underwear to her skin and vaginal area. she underwent six surgeries to reconstruct those areas of her body. McDonalds tried to hide the fact that they have internal memos ordering their employees to heat coffe at or above 200 degrees F, the reason that was done, is because the higher you heat coffee beans/grounds the more coffee can be extracted, hence McDonalds can save money on coffee. So i think that lady had a justified case. Don't rush to judgement if you don't know the facts. sure she spilled the coffee, but McDonalds had no reason to super heat their coffee other than to otherwise save money. Yes i do have internal knowledge on the case. the records are sealed, and this is why people just react to that case as someone trying to rip McDonalds off. She won that case for a reason. Oh and as far as Fergie goes, i like her singing, and that's my opinion, if you don't like it change the channel. this great country gives us the ability to speak our minds.

I keep wondering how music can reach his nadir, and keep hitting his lowest point again and again.
