One didn't need to know Brad and Jennifer personally to notice that they seemed more like BFFs than lovers. They were a crap couple and I think in a world where celebrities marry out of lust they were probably compelled to marry because they were comfortable and actually liked one another. But as we all know, like is not love. Love takes compromise and the willingness to sacrifice and I think that's why their marriage ulitmately fell apart. Brad wanted kids (and Jesus the guy is already 40) and Jennifer resisted and that was one of the final straws for them. I'm not saying that a woman should become a walking incubator at her husband's mere mention of children but she knew he wanted kids badly and she should have taken into consideration his age and the fact that since they were married he was turning to her for his uoltimate happiness and she wouldn't give it to him. As for Angelina and Brad, you can tell that there's something there. He seems more natural and he always looks so protective and alert when around Angie or the kids...he looks like he has a purpose in life now. i never really liked angelina jolie. i never really understood all the fuss about her, and i would think that's because i found her beauty intimidating, except that i've never had any problem admiring another woman's beauty. she just never did it for me, probably simply because her beauty is so OBVIOUS. i'm not into be obvious, and i left jolie to the boring, average-looking fan girls to fawn over and use as livejournal icons and website backgrounds.

Angelina's beautiful in a shove-it-down-your-throat, you-WILL-find-me-attractive sort of way. I tend to buck at that, and find more unconventional actresses attractive (Kate Winslet, Cate Blanchett).

I think it was extremely insensitive, tacky and obnoxious for Angelina to even mention Jennifer in an interview. I'm not a big fan of Jennifer, but her life must be pretty sucky now. The last thing she needs is Angie discussing her.
Let me start off by saying that I'm not a rabid Angelina fan, but her body is not like the cryptkeeper's. I don't see her body as looking anorexic at all. The only thing that seems Nicole Richie(ish) about her is the deep smile lines. But even Angie's are not as deep as 25 year old Nicole's and Angie is in her 30's. Brad on the other hand, ugh. He used to be cute when he was in his 20s. He just doesn't seem so appealing looks wise now. One didn't need to know Brad and Jennifer personally to notice that they seemed more like BFFs than lovers. They were a crap couple and I think in a world where celebrities marry out of lust they were probably compelled to marry because they were comfortable and actually liked one another. But as we all know, like is not love. Love takes compromise and the willingness to sacrifice and I think that's why their marriage ulitmately fell apart. Brad wanted kids (and Jesus the guy is already 40) and Jennifer resisted and that was one of the final straws for them. I'm not saying that a woman should become a walking incubator at her husband's mere mention of children but she knew he wanted kids badly and she should have taken into consideration his age and the fact that since they were married he was turning to her for his uoltimate happiness and she wouldn't give it to him. Furthermore, she seems like a total prude bitch anyway, I mean, even hairy bear Vince Vaughn couldn't stay with her.
As for Angelina and Brad, you can tell that there's something there. He seems more natural and he always looks so protective and alert when around Angie or the kids...he looks like he has a purpose in life now. As for Angelina, she's incredibly gorgeous and I think that blinds a lot of us to her faults but seriously, is it her fault that she's a better match for Brad than Jen? Attraction can only go so far, there's obviously more to their relationship than that. I can honestly see these two being together for a really, really long time (unmarried) like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. I wish them all the best!

Obviously, neither of them will ever admit that he was physically sticking it to her before the official "separation" date with his wife in early 2005. But let's see, they were filming super steamy sex scenes together, etc. How were they NOT hooking up? In another quote not put on this entry she essentially says after filming they knew brad had "things" to take of. So he spent the latter part of 2004 breaking up with his wife and then voila. The rest is history.

You've got Heather Locklear, Reese Witherspoon and Jude Law's wife who were all left by their hubby's for other women. Their marriages were not over either, but you don't see any of their fans on the internet bashing the other woman. Well not for this long anyway. Why is that? Their marriages were not over either, but you don't see any of their fans on the internet bashing the other woman. Well not for this long anyway. Why is that? Because they are not out there going on Oprah's show to get pity from people! Bottom line, Angelina admits, yes they fell in-love while making the movie...but did not comit to each other until after Brad & Jen's separation/divorce was anounced. At least they gave her that much. Brad & Jen did not have a "perfect" marriage...or this wouldn't have obviously happened. There were already holes in the marriage and Brad found someone else. So did Jen...she found Vince and you don't hear anything ill-fated against him or Jen for being together @ the same time that Brad & Angie finally hooked up! Move on...if Jen can't do it, at least her fans should get a clue & just leave this couple (who has a beautiful family) alone. Jen needs to let go...not all marriages last. You chose to divorce, now let the man go and enjoy his new found happiness/family. So be it another woman, at least he's happy. Leave them alone.

i never really liked angelina jolie. i never really understood all the fuss about her, and i would think that's because i found her beauty intimidating, except that i've never had any problem admiring another woman's beauty. she just never did it for me, probably simply because her beauty is so OBVIOUS. i'm not into be obvious, and i left jolie to the boring, average-looking fan girls to fawn over and use as livejournal icons and website backgrounds.
i also never gave a shit about jennifer aniston.
however, i loved brad pitt, even though he's rumoured to be an imbecile and even though he's not a great actor. i guess i just liked looking at him.
the thing is, i really loved pitt and aniston as a couple, and i think the reason i did was because brad is inarguably more attractive than she is. i dug that when the Sexiest Man Alive decided to settle down, he settled down with a - let's face it - only moderately attractive woman, and a sitcom actress at that.
that he did made me like HER more.
so for him to leave his wife in order to fall into jolie's arms, i just found it very disappointing. it has nothing to do with morality for me. it's just, fuck, dude, could you be any more CLICHE? could you be any more OBVIOUS? if you're going to leave your wife, leave her for someone who doesn't know every single button of yours to push. i mean, all jolie had to do was show up, with her 'i'm all about the children' routine. it's all she had to do.
also, i don't buy that their marriage was over before she came along. i don't buy it at all. their marriage was would have over the minute he started falling for jolie; it wouldn't have mattered if he'd been blissfully happy with aniston the day before. once you decide that someone else is better for you, you can fall out of love in the blink of an eye, and commitments you made mean nothing, because after all, it's 'right'. so in short, i sort of think the whole thing sucks, but pitt is the one i'm most disgusted with. jolie is a hot broad who i believe actually loves him. aniston had the misfortune of never being brad's type in the first place (although again, i loved them together). but pitt is an obvious, common-as-pig-tracks motherfucker, and that i have no patience for.

i'm worried about how she looks in these pictures. after seeing a family member go through anorexia, it looks like she's having some trouble with an eating disorder, or that she's been under too much stress and not keeping herself healthy, or that she's been very sick for a while now.
i hope that all of those pregnancy rumors haven't gotten to her. because when your neck looks that small in comparison to your head, or your shoulder blades start to stick out, or your collarbone protrudes too much... they're tell-tale signs for someone who has been in good shape for a while.
hopefully she's just been sick. i'd hate to think that she would be going down the same path of younger, ickier starlets... especially when i thought she was stronger than that.

I think I read somewhere that her mother was seriously ill? I don't know, but if that were me, I wouldn't chop down a bunch of t-bones, if you get my point. But let's face it, it's always terrible that someone should become the one who gets left behind (I would be bitter if I lost my man to Angelina as well) but things change.. And look at the bright side, her children now have a father to look up to, and the fact that he was willing to commit to a relationship that involved kids that aren't his biological, well, is there really that many men that would have bothered to do that unless they were serious about their feelings and standpoint? It seems as they're happy, so.. And for Jennifer, she's welcome to do her own thing. But I don't think blockbusters will make her happy any time soon, and the fact that she doesn't prioritize the important things in life makes her a dumb cow.

Like it (or her) or not, but she makes a great photo op. Brad, on the other hand, is sort of starting to look... well, his age. Not that he isn't still gorgeous, but he's finally starting to look like he's in his forties.
Did anyone notice how neither of them looked directly at each other? As if they knew the instant their eyes meet, the combined power of their superhuman good looks will trigger spontaneous human combustion and the world will then implode on itself. Ahhh, you put into words exactly how I feel about the whole thing.
Angelina's beautiful in a shove-it-down-your-throat, you-WILL-find-me-attractive sort of way. I tend to buck at that, and find more unconventional actresses attractive (Kate Winslet, Cate Blanchett).
Also, sorry, she may not have actively broken up a marriage, but she definitely didn't protest. Leaving your wife because the relationship is over is one thing. Leaving her because you found somebody "better" is pretty trashy, IMHO. It does not speak well of either of them.

A few people have written about how Angelina shouldn't be blamed because she wasn't married. What a load of shit.
First of all, the majority of the blame does belong to Brad because even if he didn't cheat physically, he cheated emotionally which in my opinion is almost worse. Then, the rest of the blame falls on Angelina. I'm sorry but as a woman you should not flirt with or entice another woman's husband. It's just wrong. Let me start off by saying that I'm not a rabid Angelina fan, but her body is not like the cryptkeeper's. I don't see her body as looking anorexic at all. The only thing that seems Nicole Richie(ish) about her is the deep smile lines. But even Angie's are not as deep as 25 year old Nicole's and Angie is in her 30's. Brad on the other hand, ugh. He used to be cute when he was in his 20s. He just doesn't seem so appealing looks wise now. However, I will say this about him, he seems to be very dedicated to his common-law wife and children, and for that I like him. I don't think he will leave Angelina anytime soon. This is what I personally feel:
I used to like Jolie when she was the tomb raider and thought she was great and after adopting Maddox I felt proud of her.
I though she was very courageous and bold and was setting an example
But sometimes I feel why the hell she is publicising it so much? There is no need.
I adored Brad and Jen and I thought they were the golden couple. I was and am really sad by the abrupt end for their marriage and I can't help myself but point fingers at Brangelina. I feel it was immoral to create all the fuss that was created and please be sensitive to fellow humans. Take some time to heal and then move on.

The 1960's called, they want their antiquated notions back... A family is not defined by a legal document (which is pretty much what marriage amounts to these days)They have two adopted children together and one biological, they love them and eachother. That is a real family.
Also the only reason gay couples aren't already allowed the rights of married couples is a debate over the term marriage, if they pushed for a civil union instead the evangelicals would have no argument and i'd be willing to bet it would be legal sooner than you would think.

sure she's beautiful. but so are thousands of other women. people give her a free pass because she's arguably the most beautiful famous woman in the world (i disagree. i think monica bellucci is far more attractve. if she was some marginally attractive actress who was doing the same "good" deeds, people wouldn't be talking about how wonderful she was.

1) be goth (or at least have dark hair and don't smile)
2) adopt brown kids. 1 is good enough, 2 = mensa candidate

50 percent of marriages end in divorce. Brad's marriage to Jennifer was over no matter what happened.
I'd rather see him happy, raising a family (something he's always vocalized that he wants) and doing good things with a smart, beautiful woman than living in a loveless marriage to a self-centered, unintelligent one.
To all the people who say Angelina is too skinny or showing her age...if she asked you out...you'd instantly say yes or cream yourselves because she is beautiful.

I hope she isn’t getting more surgeries on her face. I thought that she did something to her nose at one point, and something looks a bit off in that first photo. I hope it’s just the angle, because she’s starting to resemble the tragedy that is Pam Anderson (pencil thin eyebrows, over-injected lips, leather skin, beach ball boobs. She is not a pretty girl.)

This is the first time I've seen the premiere pix, and it looks like Jolie is near tears in most of the them. Is that just my imagination? She has exactly the same expression on her face that Paltrow did for about three months before the Pitt Split.

Didn't anyone else read the blurb in the Philadelphia Inquirer or it's parade magAzine the January before Brad and Jen split that they had a miscarriage? Or how about the fact that one of the guys on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith said they never saw a married man act so aggressive with flirting, etc. then Brad did with Angie! Oh yeah, brad and angie are so innocent huh? I'm sure she didn't flirt with him or anything while he was in her hotel room. It sounds like Brad had so much respect and love for Jen that he stayed away from angie like most married men in a respectful loving relationship would have and not let hiimself be put in a compromising position.(yeah right)

Angelina jolie is a "B" for getting involved with a married man, Brad is a very attractive guy, if angelina had values she would have not let herself involved with brad... It's all her fault!!!
