I give her credit for doing her bit for charity but there are so many other people who do charity work but aren't made a big deal of and who aren't given the credit they deserve. But because she does all these things for third world countries, they over-ride everything else that's negative.

Actually, 10:09, I've read it's virtually impossible to adopt Native American infants. Tribe members get first preference, and I'm not sure if kids languish in foster care forever as opposed to being adopted by non-NA families. There was a recent case in the news where a mother from some Indian tribe with a half-white baby wanted to let the child be adopted by some outside white family, and the tribal council or whatever wouldn't allow it, which I think is outrageous.

I don't know why so many people are offended by her adopting kids. If I was an orphan or abandon; I would love to be adopted...better than fending for myself alone. I'm no expert psychologist but I have seen docomented shows where people are confused about their race or ethnicity growing up to a family that does not have similar features as them. Angelina shows a compassion that we do not often see in movie stars. She and Pitt have a ton of money between them, and they could simply tell the have-nots to kiss off if they wanted. I don't think she can adopt in the US, I believe the rules for adoption here, might be a little more strict. And with her mental history, lets face it, shes a freak. I think she chooses to adopt foriegn for that reason..She talks like shes has no education, some of the things she says make no sense to me, but then again, I can't stand her.

If you read the quotes from her in vogue about her falling for brad, it's pretty evident that she fell in love with him in 2003 and basically hung around and let it be known she was there for the taking until brad and jen split in january 2005. And that is a slutty sucky way to behave but honestly I could give a shit anymore.
The problem with hollywood types (almost across the board) is that they simply CANNOT be single. They cannot be alone. They go from relationship to relationship thinking each time they've really found true love. Why did both brad and jennifer jump into new relationships? Because they are weak.

Besides, I don't understand what's the point on balancing the races unless you treat your kids different depending on their races. It's a stupid thing to say (and think). She also believes that because she adopted her children in different countries she has a multicultural family, which isn't true, because her kid's culture will be the culture she transmits to them not the culture of the countries where they come from.

Does it seem like we always see pix with Maddox or Zahara but not Shiloh? Also, Angelina has said quite a few things about "not wanting Shiloh to grow up feeling overly loved because she's white" and "steeling [her]slef for mothering a biological child" because she didn't "want her other children to suffer or feel less loved than the Liological child".

Some of you people amaze me. This is the first time I have ever been to this site and from what I read and what people say this will be the last time I come here. Angelina was asked questions, like any interview, specific questions and answered them as they were asked. This is not what the site made it seem like, and some of the people downing her just like tabs, like to start a lot of negative drama.
The woman is doing more then I guess any of the writers here or the blog is doing for anyone. But oh no, don't give credit, just pick apart every little thing you can, and down the children while you are at it.
The exception is the people who responded with logical thought. Hopefully some of you go to other sites as well.

This interview is not complete. She was asked a question about being pregnant and she said they are not ruling out getting pregnant but first they want to find a companion for their grown kids. Actually, 10:09, I've read it's virtually impossible to adopt Native American infants. Tribe members get first preference, and I'm not sure if kids languish in foster care forever as opposed to being adopted by non-NA families. There was a recent case in the news where a mother from some Indian tribe with a half-white baby wanted to let the child be adopted by some outside white family, and the tribal council or whatever wouldn't allow it, which I think is outrageous.

I don't know why so many people are offended by her adopting kids. If I was an orphan or abandon; I would love to be adopted...better than fending for myself alone. I'm no expert psychologist but I have seen docomented shows where people are confused about their race or ethnicity growing up to a family that does not have similar features as them. We all know that this is a racist world out there so don't pretend that racism does not exist.

Angelina shows a compassion that we do not often see in movie stars. She and Pitt have a ton of money between them, and they could simply tell the have-nots to kiss off if they wanted. However, she cares about children enough to want to give them a home full of love and the many privileges money can buy.
Instead of faulting her, she should be commended. She has a multi-racial family of two adopted and one biological child.
She is very wise to think of the kids' feelins in this matter. Shiloh has an obvious link with her parents - genetics, but the other two do not. Maybe they would like to have a black or asian sibling to provide them with a sense of identity.
While both Jolie and Pitt are outrageously attractive, they are also very sensitive people. They care about matters outside Hollywood and US politics. They are very lucky to have found each other because they are forming a family based on love, not just vanity.
If you were an orphan, would you not want to be adopted? People can be mixed up their race if they grow up in a family that does not physically look like them. Angelina loves her children and wants to ensure they don't go through this as they get older.
May we all have that compassion and concern for others?
