this is awesome! I have a story of the Gap Band. In the late 80s a friend of mine was in front of the Student Union at the Universtiy of Michigan. A car pulled up and it was the Gap Band. They jumped out and yelled, "Ann Arbor, we are here and we want to party". He quickly volunteered and spent the better part of the night and next day drinkin', smokin' & most likely many other things. Good times, good times.

Holy crap, I remember skating to this song at the roller rink when I was ... well, never mind how old I was. Ah, the memories;-)
