Despite several confirmed reports that he called T.R. Knight a "faggot" and choked out Patrick Dempsey on the set of Grey's Anatomy in October, Isaiah Washington told Access Hollywood in the Golden Globe press room that the incident never happened. He says:

"No, I did not call T.R. a faggot. Never happened, never happened."

However, fellow castmate, Katherine Heigl, didn't seem to go along with his lie:

"I'm going to be really honest right now, he needs to just not speak in public. Period...T.R. is my best friend. I will throw down for that kid."

Both of these interviews happened on Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday, so it's all a little sad. After all these years, the whites are still keeping the black man down. A black guy can't even verbally assault and attack people at work then lie about it without being oppressed. Man, just when you think progress is being made. America sure has a lot to learn!
