I've done pretty much everything once or eleventeen times in my life and IMHO this may not be drugs. The whole "I know who you are!" thing (or whatever it was she said) looks like the kind of paranoia that either comes from heavy-duty-speed-induced paranoia (severe cocaine or meth abuse) you get during comedown or just a plain old schizophrenic break from reality. If she really did check herself back into rehab then I'm leaning back towards drugs as crazy doesn't really go away like that. If she was involuntarily committed then it could be psychological. Either way, I'm sincerely worried about the girl. She's retarded, but she's not *evil*. I've talked merciless shit about her online but there's no way I want to see a mother of two go all Cobain on us when she has kids to raise.

Jenner - At the very least, she's on a wicked combination of coke, booze, and opiates. All good stuff, I'm sure. She pops her share of beans (X or a variant), too. I would guess that right now the opiates are pills, but considering her situation, powdered smack is not far behind, if it's not on the table already. (but I don't think so at this point). Self-medicating is very common for someone as depressed and mentally immature she is. But she has what most of us don't have: access to the right people and unlimited funds. So, she can self-medicate very easily. (lucky bitch!) Seriously, depression + drugs = lost sense of reality, which then leads to more drugs, and so on. She needs help. I seriously hope she gets it.
