These televised proceedings are pathetic. Even the judge is a joke. He is angling for a reality court show, like judge judy. Reportedly, the judge already has several shows "in the can". It wouldn't surprise me if he was currently shopping a production deal.

He was putting the will into evidence, just as evidence (he specifically said that "no woman would ever sign this will, no woman who ever read this would sign this"--OUCH, HKS). "It's just a piece of paper," he said. From my understanding, this was the hearing on where she should be buried, though, and not the probating of the will, so it probably doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot, except that the will must be full of holes or glaringly fake.
It just happened to be what they were discussing when I turned it on. And boy did the judge treat HKS like a bad little boy. Everyone hates the judge, but I kind of like him. He's obviously showboating for the cameras, but it certainly adds to the three ring circus of Anna's life and now, death (wow that video you guys posted yesterday is appropriate).
The sky, the roof, those clouds, that tree...there was some snow on the tree, that was up but it fell off so now it's down.
