Wait, Ryan Phillipe?? The Simpson sisters usually date ugly poseur musicians, so you have to give credit to Ashlee for trying. No Simpson has overreached like this since Ron Goldman got stabbed. Ryan Phillipe could walk into a sorority house and be, at worst, the third prettiest thing in the room. I like vagina, but I'd probably date him. And let's be honest here, I've had worse.

Ashlee Simpson is still busted. I don't care how much plastic surgery she has, it doesn't help. It's a shame that her older sister is so dumb and desperate for attention that it over-shadows all the attractive genes she managed to get her hands on. It's sad that Ashlee was so miserable with the way she looked, not to mention so jealous of her sister, that she had herself completely altered. It's pathetic.

Who could blame Ryan for brushing her off? She a whack-job, just like her entire family. I'm still getting over the fact that there are people in this world that will invent relationships with other people to keep them in the media's attention (starts with a J and rhymes with Hessica).

The sad thing about Ashlee is that now that her music career is dead (I know, surprise!) she *might* have been able to get a modest acting career going. That is, until she sawed off the quirky good looks she had going for her and sanded herself down into a completely generic LA blonde. Her "singing" gives me hives but I always thought she had a neat look about her, and now she's pulled a Jennifer Grey. Oh well, I'll always have Ashley Tisdale.
