If I were Birkhead I'd be furious that my child had been kept from me for so long. Since that kid was born he's been vying for paternity tests and visitation rights and then after Anna's death, custody.
I don't know if that case over Anna's supposed pending inheritance would work..she's dead now so I think the estate gets split among the rest of the direct inheriters. I don't think an inheritance would automatically go to the next of kin. So first the courts have to decide (again) if Anna gets a dime, then they have to decide if Anna's next of kin could take that since Anna is now dead. Too many variables.
I'm betting that the courts decide against granting money to Anna (makes sense, she's a corpse now herself). That kid won't get anything and neither will any of the vultures in her life.
