The funniest thing I've seen in all these posts is the description of John Zagata as a talented manager. He's worked with various bands and obviously that wasn't working out so he ended up driving Lindsay around - what a loser. For years Zagata did not even have his own car due to his irresponsible nature. He's someone who is a star chaser and his self worth is derived from the fact that he can tell you which stars numbers he has in his phonebook. And anyone who does really know him would know that the actions described and attributed to him at the crash scene fit totally with his character. He thinks he is somebody because he knows people. I have been amazed for years that people in the music business give him any sort of creedence. Wake up people!
