Real breasts generally arent that close together when they arent being held in by a bra, and her nipples are way too high, even for fake breasts. A good surgeon would have set the implant slightly higher, so that the nipple would have been properly centered. she needs like 1 cup size decrease, and a breast lift to correct the oddness.
