  Sorry to burst that bubble, but check out goodplasticsurgery.com. She's had a nose job, cheek implants and had her lips evened out, at least. She had a lot of good material to work with, and work on it she has.

• Why didn't she take a couple years off after Shiloh was born? She went straight back to work (self-promotion, that's work), then adopted another kid. Shiloh will never feel that special love that a child feels when her mother is totally fixed on her. Even when that ends, at least a kid has that to draw upon. I believe that Shiloh's primary relationship is with her father, not her mother, and that this will have bad consequences. At some point, this entire pretty picture will come crashing down. Brad will get tired of the whole thing. I think he's a nice guy and he'll convince himself that the adopted kids are really his, but deep in his heart he will always prefer his biological child. Also, after he dumps Angelina (as he dumped his first wife), he's sure to try and top this act with another stunt. What could that be? My guess is he'll find another woman and MARRY her. And have a son.
