  4:30, You don't know what you are talking about. Agents looks for exagerated FEMININE features in models. Large eyes, small noses, heart-shaped faces with high cheekbones, full lips. No agent I've known has ever looked for masculine features on a female model. Masculine features such as broader noses and protruding chins on women simply do not photograph well. Runway models sometimes have larger shoulders because clothes fall better on a woman with broader shoulders, but that's about it.
  
  This horse never would have made it as a print-only model. Her face is horrendous compared to a classic beauties like Christie Brinkley, Cindy Crawford or Claudia Schiffer.

  WTF?? I was talking about what modeling agencies look for TODAY. They don't want pretty girls like they did back in the 80s. Most of the most famous runway models are tranny looking and really ugly in person. One of my clients is a well respected modeling agency. I've seen most of these beasts in person.
