this is "celebutard justice" if its only 45 days in jail, its way too light. she should be in jail for much longer, and nicole should be going with her, to the most hard core dyke inhabited jail cell in the place. when they come out, they should have those hideous prison ink tatoos with a big heart saying something like, I heart Lupita.

CA has a "Pay to Stay" program where you can do your time in a nice local jail of your choice with all the perks (cell phones, no cell-mates, etc). She won't be doing hard time if she goes.
Forget an alcohol monitoring device. If they really want to lock her up long time, get a court order preventing her from contact with sperm and order daily DNA scans. Guaranteed she would look like she was wearing forest camo the first time they put her under a black light. What a bitch - I would love it if they tossed her in the clink, just like they'd do to any of us. That's hot.

I absolutely love that they want to make her wear a SCRAM bracelet!! I work for a house arrest company and have worn one for a couple days and, let me tell you, they are NOT comfortable!! And I will seriously laugh my ass off if pictures get taken of her with that thing on!

We already have Britneys babies... lets hope those babies are raised by baboons so they at least have a chance to grow up intelligent and able to make something of themselves, unlike there chances with their mother.
