The thing is, she's only skinny in places. Other places she's chubby/paunchy. So it's entirely possible that she has retained enough bodyfat to continue ovulating. True anorexics have much clearer head-to-toe bones than she does. Typical of Hollywood, by the way - even while using drugs, they lack the character to go all the way.

Hmmm... I find this hard to believe. Like others have mentioned, the first thing to go when you are anorexic is your period.
Not only that, but I just don't think her body could sustain the burden of pregnancy- she doesn't have enough body fat for herself, much less to nourish another human!
It doesn't look like a 'baby belly', it looks like the excess skin that her body is attempting to keep from shrinking, in protest.
Even if she's managed to get pregnant, she'll probably miscarry very early. Unless she starts chowing down IMMEDIATELY, while quitting the booze and the drugs (like that's ever going to happen).
Even if she was pregnant she could never carry the baby to full term with her eating habits. She'd probably have a miscarriage ... in this case .. that'd be a blessing for the kid ...
I am serious when I say this. I once had to help my grandmother get dressed, cuz you know she's old and frail. That is seriously what she looked like nekkid. (Sorry granny). That girl needs to get healthy! She looks... octagenarian.
