She didn't belong in jail anyway. Some judge tried to grandstand, and now the whole system looks foolish. Just stick with the fine - suspended sentence - probation - community service gig that everybody else gets. It's less than any of these petty offenders deserve, but if THE PEOPLE support laws like "3 strikes" and "Zero Tolerance" then we don't have anywhere close to enough jail cells. Cry all you want about the judge and jail, but they're just playing the hand dealt to them by registered voters.
Guys, I was the medical condition that sent her home. That prison already had a problem with staph infections and if I had gotten loose (which I would because she's a whore) who knows what kinds of problems would have been unleashed.

Yes she did, you fucking idiot. She had her license revoked and she was put on probation, then got caught driving over and over in full view of 100 cameras. What was the judge supposed to do, huh? actually that judge did screw it all up. his original sentence was a showy hardass move, way too long, unenforceably out of line with what other similar offenders routinely get in that particular legal district. even if she had stayed in jail she would have been release super-early, with the stated reason "good behavior" but actually because they didn't want to get sued for excessive punishment. there are tons of irresponsible multiple dui drivers in the U.S., so they force down the punishments for all but the most extreme offenders (insanely high blood alcohol level, 10 or more dui's and still driving, other evidence of recklessness while intoxicated, etc.).
this utterly pisses me off!! ugh she probably gave some knob jobs to all the guards then was let go. people are gonna hate her even more.

My father has a PhD in neuropsychology , has been practicing in one of the best hospitals in the country for 22 years, and his response to this? "If you let me give that bitch a psych evaluation, I could have her committed, no questions asked". Yes she did, you fucking idiot. She had her license revoked and she was put on probation, then got caught driving over and over in full view of 100 cameras. What was the judge supposed to do, huh? Say "stop! Or I'll say stop again!" Grandstanding would have been buttraping her on the courthouse steps for the media, and that would have been awesome.

actually that judge did screw it all up. his original sentence was a showy hardass move, way too long, unenforceably out of line with what other similar offenders routinely get in that particular legal district. even if she had stayed in jail she would have been release super-early, with the stated reason "good behavior" but actually because they didn't want to get sued for excessive punishment. there are tons of irresponsible multiple dui drivers in the U.S., so they force down the punishments for all but the most extreme offenders (insanely high blood alcohol level, 10 or more dui's and still driving, other evidence of recklessness while intoxicated, etc.).

This is complete bull shit, I'm paralyized in a wheelchair & can't use my right arm and they threw my ass in jail for 4 months, and I suffer from extreme pain which I take oxycontin for which they refused to give me because they don't give you pain meds in the jail I was in. How can she get out and I couldn't.

According to the DSM IV I guarantee every person on this planet has at least 5 psychological disorders. My father has a PhD in neuropsychology , has been practicing in one of the best hospitals in the country for 22 years, and his response to this? "If you let me give that bitch a psych evaluation, I could have her committed, no questions asked". However, it IS nice to know the California legal system just set up a beautiful precedent on which lawyers can now rely to get their drunk driving, potentially fatality causing, inmates out of jail. OK, I agree with all of this...it sucks she has bought her way out of endangering other people on the road. I have thought long and hard about it and I think have found a silver lining: whether in prison or a mansion, she's not allowed out in public. So, we SHOULD be seeing less of her for the next month or so. That can not be a bad thing.
I know it isn't much consolation, but I'm trying to find something positive in this abortion of justice.

The real reason she got let lose is because the LA jail system is grossly overcrowded and they need to save room for violent offenders. Of which, there are many on a daily basis.
Lawyers in the area know this dirty little secret and often get their clients to spend maybe a token day in jail, in lieu of a 30 day sentence.

I heard she was released because a "stress-related" herpes outbreak that spread to her anus. This is according to a comment on tmz.com. I'm inclined to believe it. Repeat, she’s in jail because she violated her parole by twice driving with a suspended license.
She did not get jail sentence ’cause of the DUI. She got probation ’cause of the DUI.
