TMZ has learned that Judge Michael T. Sauer has ordered that Paris Hilton appear in court for the hearing, which is scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM PDT.

My favorite is when Baca said ""that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice," Uh...Last time I checked she was getting a LESSER sentance of 23 days than she was originally ordered...and had her own cell...The dirty skank neeeds to be locked up. hah. I guess she was going to have a party tonight? I guess that shows how she feels about this almost "punishment" she received.. she needs to go back to jail, thats like a slap in the face of her prior sentencing.. i hope the judge hears this :P
Um, why would it even be ok for her to phone in her appearance in court? I don't really know how this stuff works, and if this is common place or not, but that sounds like a really dumb way to start of a hearing where you're trying to avoid getting thrown back in your "special needs" jail.

driving is a privilege, not a right and if she can't keep from breaking the law (and her probation) in her vehicle she needs to get her license taken away especially if she doesn't go back to jail today.

They should not only send her back to jail, but take away the privilege she had to be in a "special needs" section. We all know she's retarded but even Corky Thatcher wouldn't get the special privileges this skank is getting.
The judge probably tried to cash the cheque the Hilton's gave him and it bounced.
She probably had to spend hours getting her hair and makeup done before she left the house. She should be punished even worse for having the judge wait that long and for having the gall to even suggesting a "phonecall" meeting. We should have wristbands that say: "Send Parisite back to prison."
