  Since January, after her 'deviated septum' correction (eh hem) she has been looking longer in the face, and very tight in the mouth. I can tell a difference in her nose. Now her face looks longer and her eyes don't stand out as much. What has she gone and done. Poor Jen ALways a godmother but never a mother.
