These guys couldn't have gotten away with knocking LiLo out to take control of the car. Think about that for a second. There's no way the press/public would believe a white guy and two black guys on this. At best they could have tried to bail when the car slowed down (would have been able to file auto theft charges against her if they did). They're lucky to be alive but I don't blame them for not doing more to stop her.
