I really thought at first that the pic was photoshopped to look worse than it actually is... but I don't know. She is extremely muscular and she does have extremely low body fat and, well, I guess I can see it happening.
A woman should go for a little body fat at her age. It softens out all the angles and fills in the wrinkles and sunken cheeks. And arms.
