she deserves 23 (45 day sentence) just like her friend paris.
I love Nicole, but she does deserve to spend the time they gave her, because she is no better than the rest of us, I just hope she copes well, and takes care of herself now that she is with child

She is either so dumb she thinks she's especailly gifted as a driver and won't kill anyone or she doesn't give a shit if she does. Either way, I hope she gets shanked in prison. And loses the baby. Becuase trash like that should not reproduce. If it lives to term she'd just kill it anyway through her raging incompetence.
I love how there was a statement issued she is being treated like everyone else. I HAVE to move to California than if that's what everyone else get's for a second DUI. What will she get for a third ... sent to her room without dessert?
Usually in California for a second DUI you are punished with:
- 90 days to one year in prison - a monetary fine of about $5.000,00 - 100 days of community work - 18 months of drivers license suspension - 3 to 5 years of driving with a restricted license
And this only when you did not get into an accident, did not resist arrest and did not drive on the opposite direction on a highway.
It must be nice to be able to afford a high priced lawyer to negotiate a plea bargain and end up with serving only 4 days for a second DUI. I agree with the above anonymous commenter about the laws in California--I guess life is not always fair.
