If he were Swedish it might be something, cause they'll take your license for life. But he's gonna be able to go do this in other coutries until he dies, because there are more countries than he has years left.
I know drunk driving is a serious crime, but the image of Bill Murray, plastered and driving something that could really hurt no one but himself through the streets of Stockholm makes me chuckle.

I know someone who got a DWI for driving a golf cart while plastered. They wrote him up and let him go, only to have him pinch another golf cart and go barrelling down a 6 lane highway. They caught him before he got killed and arrested him a second time. The 2nd time, they made him sleep it off.
In Sweden the limit for DUI is .02% So all you need is one drink or one beer and blow in the breathalyzer shortly after that and you're done!
If you're fund guilty of .02% or more you'll loose your license for a minimum of 3months and you get fined a minimum of 2 or 3 thousand SEK i belive. :)
Yes, but are the fines based on income made IN Sweden or elsewhere? Because I don't think access to information in the US allows international requests for total income amounts. Revenue Canada wouldn't allow it, they'd tell you "PFFFT! Jog On!".
I don't think you can just call up the IRS and say "Hey, how much did Bill Murray make last year? We want to fine his ass for making us chase him around Stockholm in a golf cart".
