I disagree that the way a woman dressed doesn't reflect at all on her mothering. It is just gross to go around exposing yourself, the kids are forced to see too much of their mother's body (granted Britney's kids are young) and it sets a bad example for kids. Same if the father walked around with the kids in a thonged-banana hammock. It's inappropriate. And can be embarrassing for the kids, too.
