Man...the camera really does watch everything she does. It's kind of sad. I fear that they'll eventually be photos of her taking a shit, and by "fear", I mean waiting by my pc with a box of kleenex and baby oil.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Lindsay Lohan escaped felony charges Thursday when prosecutors filed seven misdemeanor counts against her stemming from two drunken-driving arrests. The district attorney charged the 21-year-old actress with two counts of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08 percent and being under the influence of cocaine and one count of reckless driving.
Police found cocaine on Lohan during the arrests on May 26 in Beverly Hills and July 24 in Santa Monica.
It's classy acting as if you are not planning to ever do drugs, drink and drive and cut yourself.. etc.
Firstly, it's not like I'm defending her - heck, I WANT all these celebrities to fall and become attainable in the process! However, this story couldn't have less credible sources if it resorted to a ouija board.

If it were me or any ordinary person that did the same offenses that Lindsey, Paris, Nicole, and Britney have done we would certainly be doing time. My stepson did 20 days for just driving with a suspended license, no drugs or alcohol involved. I think celebrities should be made to do the max because of the way the young public looks up to them. They need to be taught a lesson before they are found dead from an overdose or an accident that kills them or someone else, then what? What do you tell the parents or wife of someone they end up killing or injuring severely? Sorry, I guess we should have taken their infractions more seriously. For goodness sakes, Lindsey and Britney have been in rehab so we know they have a problem. I don't think checking into rehab should be a get out of jail free card. Jail first then rehab. There have been so many actors in accidents that kill their passengers (The guy from Prison Break). Come on Hollywood get serious on these people before more innocents die at their hands.
first of all 3.2% ABW. actually means 4.0% ABV. significant my ass. miller lite outside of utah is anywhere between 4.2% to 4.5% ABV. Wow that is really significant. She might have to drink like half a beer more. Not to mention the altitude in Utah makes the alcohol absorb quicker into your body.
this may sound crazy, but it could be a part of therapy...she's going to have to deal with liquor & temptation in her life, and if she can buy it and not drink it (under supervision of course) then that's a good thing. But I still wouldn't chance it - not only does it look stupid and risky, but it IS stupid and risky...
The source claims they 'saw' her at 1:00 am and you cannot buy alcohol anywhere in Utah after midnight. I am not defending her just pointing out that the alleged witness is full of shit.
That little fireboy looks just like Blohan herself when she was in those horrid Disney remakes. Guess Dina will put him in as a transgendered replacement for Linds after she kills herself. Now we know why Dina ignores Lindsay. She has backup.
Wow, all four Lohan kids together..Dina must not be thinking again (drugs clouding her greedy scheming little mind) because if the car crashes, and likely it COULD, all four of her spawn could wind up dead, and there go her mealtickets. Look at little Skeletor pulling at her jeans which are falling off of her she's so anorexic. Is that big curlyheaded kid the same one in that annoying Cheerios commercial where they're all banging on their bowls?
