So let me get this straight...The Malawi government would actually take this child out of an amazing life and stick him back in an orphanage. Why? So he can suffer and die from some disease? This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I'm far from a fan of Madonna but with her at least David has a good life and a good future to look forward to. What would he have growing up in some slum of an orphanage?

David's biological father (who has since remarried and had another child) has also repeatedly commented that he wished to go 'visit his son' in London but didn't have the money.....hint....hint. Everyone has their hands out. This sounds like it will be a lifelong payoff for Madonna. There is a lot of corruption in these organizations. She is going to end up paying for a lifetime, or be continuously embarrassed in the press.

I think that both Lourdes and David are beautiful children. This isnt unusual - you hear all sorts of horror stories from people trying to adopt children from impoverished countries with no infrastructure. A lot of these cases drag on for years. I have no doubt that she loves the boy and hope that everything gets resolved for everyone concerned.
