She is most certainly not "ugly" but she's also not "beautiful". It took a lot of makeup and fake eyelashes to make her look like this. She's pretty because she has those blue eyes with black hair. That's what makes her hot. She's also too skinny, has really ugly tats, she has no tits, and she has a lot of acne.
