Why is it that the driver who is responsible for the accident, usually walks away with minor injuries, while the other passengers, or victims in the car he hits- end up either dead or critically injured? Truely one of life's examples of unfairness.

So he was speeding, made the turn, car lost control, and then an on-coming semi rammed the shit out of the car and wrapped around it. He got out but chick's brain got scrambled and she died the next day.
Nick was illegally street racing another car, so I don't think that crash should be called an "accident". Is that car a convertible or did the top get ripped off?
It's his dad's fault. No parent should enable a child to drive a car with that much power. It's obviously souped up to the max (350HP+) and someone with only a year of driving experience has NO business driving it.
It's good to see all those drift racing lessons are paying off. The Hulk's kids, one can't sing and the other can't drive. What career is mommy and daddy gonna try and buy them next ?
We can use excuses such as race (ie. Michael Vick being black), or celebrity (Hulk Hogan's son)...but just like the dog fighting, this was just a matter of a kid...who lost control of the car. Sad, and I pray for the other boy's family.
