He was in a wheelchair, on an oxygen tank, totally helpless and she and her cameraman were bullying the hell out of him. I'd have been scared as hell if I were him. Also agree that the baby would have been dead by now if ANS had lived. Custody by her father was probably best thing for that kid. Stern would have kept her alive long enough to take over her finances, then she'd have an untimely death too.

5:56, the Coroner's inquest into Daniel's death is scheduled to begin on Oct 30th of this year. The inquest had been scheduled to start this past March, but Howie baby had his lawyers shut the whole damned thing down. Why? Really, I'm not even sure what the deal was with that.
My theory is that he needed more time to conjure up some semblance of an explanation for his actions. And then he needed even more time to practice it in front of a mirror. Wonder if his acting coach succeeded in teaching him how to cry convincingly on cue?
Should the inquest find that Daniel's death was a homicide then the file will be handed over to Bahamian prosecutors. Friend of the family is a defence attorney in the Bahamas. He's been keeping me up to date on the buzz and the word is if Daniel's death is ruled as being even close to suspicious the Bahamian authorities will be all over Stern before he has a chance to blink.

As a health care professional I would say this could very well be a pic of Ms. Smith minutes before her heart and respirations ceased. She would become pallid (pale) and mottled shortly thereafter. After clinical death occurred. I disagreed with the coroner's (J. Perper ME) cause of death. I think she died of sepsis (blood poisoning) from the absess on her buttock and dehydration, electrolyte imbalance.. who was caring for this poor woman? The police report stated there was "dry" vomitus in the bathroom sink, had to be there a while & she had a shrink prescribing her antibiotics? She refused to go to the hospital? Her temp. was documented at 105 I believe, the highest most oral thermometers go, she had to be totally disoriented and unable to refuse anything....someone needed to call 911 and she would be alive today! Even if it was a a maid or housekeeper. Why didnt Moe's RN wife call an ambulance or at least give her decent nursing care? This whole think is so sad and was so avoidable!

As a health care professional I would say this could very well be a pic of Ms. Smith minutes before her heart and respirations ceased. She would become pallid (pale) and mottled shortly thereafter. After clinical death occurred.
I disagreed with the coroner's (J. Perper ME) cause of death. I think she died of sepsis (blood poisoning) from the absess on her buttock and dehydration, electrolyte imbalance.. who was caring for this poor woman? The police report stated there was "dry" vomitus in the bathroom sink, had to be there a while & she had a shrink prescribing her antibiotics? She refused to go to the hospital? Her temp. was documented at 105 I believe, the highest most oral thermometers go, she had to be totally disoriented and unable to refuse anything....someone needed to call 911 and she would be alive today! Even if it was a a maid or housekeeper. Why didnt Moe's RN wife call an ambulance or at least give her decent nursing care?
This whole think is so sad and was so avoidable!
