• Taking pictures of the scene was very smart. We had a local case of someone who was found guilty by pictures. They might have called it consentual, had he not said he wasn't even in town! Her pics showed his desk clock with the time, his clothes, his place, a dated receipt and some other stuff.
  
  The sad part was that this girl was apparently out with her OWN sister and was heard saying she wanted to go home but her sister wouldn't leave. She said in her report that she was afraid to leave with her sister there alone. Later she was slipped something, passed out cold, then the sister she was waiting for all that time actually helped the guy (who neither of them knew) carry her to his room. Then that sister left HER there alone. (she told police she came back to check on her but the door was locked so she just went home).
