Paris Hilton did as much time for driving on a suspended liscense. And her original DUI was barely .08, his was triple that and his 4th offense. He should be doing more time than 48 days. I was hit by a drunk driver and he got 6 months (and I live in Cali). I think he is getting off easy because he is an actor. He should do minimum 6 months in the county jail, not be able to pay for a nicer jail to do his time in.

Do these judges prey on drunk women in the Hollywood nightclubs? Less jail time for the drunkard females does not scare them and so it keeps them in the bars. More jail time for the drunkard males means less competition when picking up a drunk female for a one night stand.
