Amanda Bynes has always been a cute girl - she needs to wash all that makeup off of her face because it really detracts from her looks. I don't get the appeal of Hudgens or Efron - they bore me.
They're not suppossed to be "drop dead gorgeous" anyway. I think Disney goes for the cute actors who resemble real kids/teenagers. I think all of them are at least marginally talented though. As for Amanda Bynes, I never thought she was remotely pretty really. She has nice stems. I feel bad writing this, but her face was always chipmunk like. Certain features appear more prominent as we grow older.
