It mentions that there is ample evidence that drugs continue to be used in front of the kids; it then mentions what appears to be coke residue & what appears to be a pipe that meth is smoked in, found at her home. Again, BRITNEY SPEARS has been in contempt of court countless times, should be duly served with contempt papers bearing the judge's seal and jurisdiction and stating clearly that failure to appear for punishment before said judge will result in an arrest warrant. It's called a bench warrant.
And it would seem fitting Federline's lawyers are taking no action, when the whole Britney debacle can be silenced by locking her up, are being paid by Spears. Read the report, it's in the public domain. It mentions that there is ample evidence that drugs continue to be used in front of the kids; it then mentions what appears to be coke residue & what appears to be a pipe that meth is smoked in, found at her home. Isn't it funny that one of the conditions of Shitney's custody is that she (and fed-ex) can't use alcohol OR DRUGS at least 24 hours prior to getting the kids?

The stupid assed monitor should have called 911 IMMEDIATELY and presented cops with the court order of SUPERVISED VISITATION. A supervisor of visitation, or "monitor" is bound BY LAW to ONLY supervise the visit of mother and kid(s). That monitor should be FIRED and FINED for allowing his/herself to be put in that position of babysitter.
Britney Spears has been IN CONTEMPT of court orders so many times that she should be IN JAIL for contempt of court and the judge's orders in her custody case. The supervisor of visitation should be fired immediately and brought up on charges as aiding and abetting the violation of a court order. Period.
I am so sick of this terrible person getting away with murder and using those kids as pawns, let alone putting them in imminent danger almost constantly. Nowhere, even in this screwed up judicial system, would ANYONE get away with what Twit has. Nobody. She needs jail. The judge needs to find his testicles and give his package a good squeeze and stand up to this Britney monster and take her off the streets. He is a laughingstock, and should be held responsible for those children's welfare by a higher court, or he should be taken off the bench for malpractice.
No more mercy. Apply the law as the rest of must abide. Only, in America there are two classes: poor and rich. Guess who has to go to jail when they abuse and abandon their kids and thumb their noses at court orders? That's right. The rest of us.
And Federline's attorneys need to be held accountable as well for NOT DOING THEIR JOB. Any mandated reporter having direct knowledge of child abuse or someone breaking a court order who willfully ignores their MANDATE to report to Child Protective Services and the bench judge should also be held accountable by their state and local licensing authorities if they, too FAIL to report. Again, BRITNEY SPEARS has been in contempt of court countless times, should be duly served with contempt papers bearing the judge's seal and jurisdiction and stating clearly that failure to appear for punishment before said judge will result in an arrest warrant. It's called a bench warrant.
And it would seem fitting Federline's lawyers are taking no action, when the whole Britney debacle can be silenced by locking her up, are being paid by Spears. The only thing I can think of is that Kevin Federline, no genius, is allowing these lawyers to rake Brit for all she's worth, and the longer she carries on, the longer they can all profiteer off of her.
Make no mistake: All hands are very dirty here. The law that applies to everyone is law only applied to some, while the few, monied are held to a different standard, and the hangers-on milk the rich for everything they're worth as quickly and often as they can.
I'd say 120 mill is quite the coup for Federline's crooked lawyers who have failed to tell him ALL his rights under the law, who have FAILED as MANDATED reporters to the courts and state and are liable for all this money for not telling their client the whole truth while failing in their duty to report which is grounds for them LOSING THEIR LICENSES TO PRACTICE LAW.
